The Role -
Responsible for the delivery of excellent housing management, resident involvement, and housing support services to tenants and licensees in Council Housing and at Council-owned and managed Mobile Homes sites, one of which is provided as a permanent Gypsy and Traveler’s site within the Borough. You will directly manage a caseload and be responsible for providing a first point of contact for all Residents supporting them in resolving issues concerning service provision, repairs and other landlord function
In this role, you will forge strong partnerships with residents, other council departments, external agencies and voluntary sector groups to continually develop to ensure residents comply with the terms of their licence / pitch agreements whilst also seeking to improve the service taking into account resident feedback and complaints.
