Sales Manager - Fast Growing and Ambitious Company - Harlow Essex
We are a new, fast‑growing, and ambitious company based in Harlow, Essex, providing reliable and forward‑thinking support services to businesses across Harlow, Hertfordshire, and London. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help lead our growth and play a key role in shaping our future.
The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on position for someone who thrives in a growing organisation and wants to make a genuine impact. You’ll work closely with the directors to be key to growing our sales function, manage incoming enquiries, and drive new business opportunities.
We’re looking for a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset, great people skills, and a proactive approach to developing and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the sales function alongside company directors
* Manage and convert inbound enquiries into active opportunities
* Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Harlow, Hertfordshire, and London
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes
* Work with internal teams to ensure accurate expectations and smooth handovers
* Represent the business at events, trade shows, and networking groups
* Contribute to sales strategy, planning, and overall growth initiatives
About You
* Previous senior sales or sales leadership experience required (industry background flexible)
* Experience within IT or MSP environments is beneficial, but if not an interest in technology/IT would be great.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident generating your own opportunities
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads effectively
* Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving, growing business
