Milestones Trust is a charity in Adult Social Care. We support people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health challenges to live their best lives. We are now recruiting Casual Administrative Support Staff to provide short‑notice and temporary cover across our services and Trust this role you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by delivering high‑quality administrative support.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, archiving and scanning
* Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors
* Supporting the Temporary Staffing/Bank Team as required
* Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
* Logging receipts and supporting day‑to‑day office processes
What we’re looking for:
* Someone seeking flexible temporary work
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work at pace
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (including Excel)
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Enjoys working with people and adapting to new environments
