Exactaform is building the future of precision engineering, and we’re looking for a HAVS Compliance Specialist to be part of that journey.

This role involves engaging with clients to promote our compliance solutions, primarily focusing on Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) prevention and management. Grow the HAV Sentry business by maximising market exposure, delivering customer insight, managing compliance activities and supporting long-term sustainable growth through proactive customer engagement, digital leadership and structured business development.

Objectives of this role:

Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

*

Position HAV Sentry as a recognised market leader through strong customer relationships and digital presence.

*

Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM management through HubSpot and internal communication systems.

*

Contribute to continuous improvement, strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Own and develop strategic customer relationships within target sectors.

*

Identify new business opportunities and routes to market across manufacturing and related industries.

*

Conduct regular customer demonstrations both online and face-to-face.

*

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records within HubSpot.

*

Support marketing campaigns, digital content creation and industry engagement activities.

*

Represent HAV Sentry at exhibitions, networking events and industry groups.

*

Provide customer insight and competitor intelligence to strengthen business positioning.

*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational alignment.

Key Relationships:

Internal - Sales, Marketing, Operations, Leadership Team

External - Customers, Industry Bodies, Suppliers, Partners

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential

*

Experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, Business Development or health and Safety.

*

Comfortable presenting and demonstrating products or solutions.

*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.

*

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive way.

*

Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.

*

Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving capability.

*

Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a challenging position that combines technical knowledge with sales expertise in a supportive team environment.

Desirable:

Experience within manufacturing, HSE or industrial sectors.

Knowledge of vibration monitoring or compliance-related products/services.

Experience creating digital or social media content.
