We’re working with a growing pensions provider that’s looking to hire an experienced SIPP & SSAS Administrator. This is a varied and hands-on role, managing your own portfolio of schemes and working closely with advisers, clients, and third parties. The vacancy has come about due to internal progression, and the firm is keen to support individuals who are looking to expand their skills and explore other areas of the business over time. The position involves a broad range of duties, including benefit calculations, processing pension contributions and payments, managing transfers, and overseeing commercial property transactions. You’ll be the main point of contact for scheme members and advisers, and will also support with technical areas such as loan backs, share acquisitions, and scheme wind-ups. There’s also scope to contribute to team improvements, provide guidance to junior colleagues, and help update processes as legislation evolves. We’re keen to speak with individuals who have experience in SIPP or SSAS administration and who understand how to manage pension schemes to a high standard. A background in financial planning, wealth management, or banking could be considered, but experience of SSAS and/or SIPP is key. This is a role for someone who is organised, accurate, and confident dealing with advisers and clients. Strong communication skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are important. The firm operates a hybrid model with 1–2 days in the office and offers a supportive, development-focused environment.
