This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role within a well-established company.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery and equipmentRespond quickly to mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtimeDiagnose faults and complete repairs on production and packaging equipmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the siteEnsure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with food hygiene standardsWork closely with production teams to maximise efficiency and outputMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationAssist with installations and project work when requiredRequirementsTime-served engineer or equivalent, with a mechanical biasPrevious maintenance experience within manufacturingStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, and production equipmentBasic electrical knowledge would be advantageousGood understanding of health & safety proceduresWhats on OfferCompetitive hourly rate of £20.00 £22.77 per hourMonday to Friday working patternStable long-term opportunitySupportive working environmentOpportunity to join a growing food manufacturing businessSkills:Multi-Skilled Engineering Planned Preventative Pneumatic System PPMWHJS1_NI
