Finance Assistant (part time, Temp Ongoing)
Location: Beaulieu, Hampshire - SouthamptonHours: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (3 days per week)Start: ASAPContract: Temporary, ongoing
We're supporting a well-established business in Beaulieu who are looking for a reliable Finance Assistant to join them on a part time, ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid finance admin experience who enjoys a varied role and working in a friendly team environment.
What you'll be doing
* Processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
* Managing the purchase ledger, including invoice matching and posting
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Assisting with general finance administration and supporting the wider team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel
* Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
