The Job Based at their Sittingbourne dealership, the Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving sales growth of Mercedes-Benz Van products by identifying and converting new business opportunities, building strong relationships with SME businesses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with Mercedes-Benz and Saga brand values. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to individual and B2B selling, with a focus on driving field sales. The BDE will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, from vehicle selection through to financing and aftersales support. Targeted to sell 100 units per annum (New and Used targets). You will be part dealership and field-based. On Offer £26-30k depending on experience, OTE £54,800 (based on £26k) This is a Monday to Friday role and includes a company vehicle. About You You will be enthusiastic, have experience selling within the automotive industry, ideally light commercial vehicles and retail and B2B experience. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and be able to develop relationships effortlessly. You will be proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
