Sales Coordinator

This is a proactive, hands-on role where your tenacity will be essential. You'll manage everything from processing customer inquiries and generating quotes to proactively following up and applying expert negotiation skills to secure profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process inbound customer inquiries from both existing and new clients to generate accurate sales orders and quotations.
* Demonstrate strong tenacity by proactively and assertively following up on all inquiries and quotes using various communication channels, including phone calls, email, and company WhatsApp to maximise sales conversion.
* Apply commercial awareness to understand product pricing structures and expertly negotiate pricing with customers to secure orders and optimise profit margins.
* Proactively conduct outbound engagement with current customers to nurture and further develop relationships, assess future purchasing needs, and drive account growth.
* Initiate outbound communication with potential new customers to successfully develop new relationships and generate new sales opportunities and market growth.
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* A pro-active and proven approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow both existing and new business.
* Possess excellent negotiation, influencing and account management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and generating new leads.
* Personable, with the ability to hold natural phone conversations with people of all statures and professional positions
* Proficient and fast paced using IT and CRM systems.
