Transfer Station Administrator and Weighbridge Operator required for an 8 week temporary role. Hours are Monday- Friday 7am- 4.30pm with overtime potentially available. Duties will include- * Assist with general administrative duties, such as; answering phones, filing, checking and processing documentation, document compliance checks, working with spreadsheets. * Cover the weighbridge where needed. * Carry out inductions for visitors to the site. * Ensure that anyone going onto the site has the appropriate protective equipment. * Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines. * Ensure that all Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times. * Communicate effectively with the team. * To deliver outstanding front-line customer service. Requirements: * Prior waste / recycling or similar process environment highly advantageous. * Weighbridge operation experience. * Excellent understanding and approach to health & safety. * Great communication and customer service skills. * Good IT skills. * Experience of working with Excel & Data Systems. Candidates with weighbridge experience highly considered. Candidates who have experience working in a transport office will also be considered
