3. Understand, prioritize, and distribute the cell's workload to ensure efficient workflow, while monitoring and providing vital resources.
4. Maintain high visibility and daily communication with colleagues, including understanding how to allocate annual holidays for operatives.
5. Support employees' success through performance management, coaching, regular feedback, and team development.
6. Control cell discipline by ensuring functions are correctly administered and maintained according to legislation and company policies.
