The Role:
As a Team Leader at YFR, you will:
* Lead and support a team of 4–8 residential fundraisers
* Provide hands-on training, coaching and motivation
* Drive team performance to meet quality and recruitment targets
* Manage daily reporting and team logistics
* Represent YFR and our charity partners with professionalism and passion

What We’re Looking For:
* At least 6 months’ experience leading a fundraising team (residential or street)
* Proven ability to hit or exceed performance targets
* Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
* Confidence in developing both new and experienced fundraisers
* A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
* Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
