This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive sales across a variety of sectors.
What We're Looking For in our Sales Manager:
* A Natural Net worker: You'll be comfortable being out and about, building strong relationships across corporate, leisure, and weddings markets. Whether it's corporate clients, event planners, or future wedding couples, you'll be our ambassador in the local community and beyond.
* Proven Sales Experience: You have a deep understanding of proactive hotel sales, and you know how to create tailored sales strategies that lead to tangible results.
* Team Leadership: In addition to managing your own sales activities, you'll oversee one other sales coordinator, providing guidance, support, and a collaborative team environment to reach collective targets.
* Passionate About Service Excellence: You'll work in partnership with our operations team to ensure that the client experience aligns with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings across corporate, leisure, and weddings markets.
* Build and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporations, event planners, and local suppliers.
* Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
* Manage, mentor, and support a sales coordinator to achieve shared goals.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, analysing trends and identifying new business opportunities.
