In this role, you will:
* Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that make electrical theory and practice come to life
* Act as a personal tutor, guiding learners through their academic and personal development
* Design and assess assignments that challenge and inspire
* Collaborate with colleagues to keep our curriculum current, relevant and industry-aligned
* Support learners with pastoral care and professional advice
* Keep accurate records and help students stay on track with attendance and achievement
To apply, you will need:
* A teaching qualification at Level 5, or willing to gain in employment
* Real-world experience in the electrical field, and ideally, some experience teaching or training others
* A genuine passion for education and a knack for motivating others
* Strong communication skills, a calm presence under pressure and a collaborative spirit
