Who Were Looking For Youll have around two years experience in a professional kitchen and a genuine passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop their craft, and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality, fine dining dishes
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient section
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support mise en place and effective stock rotation
Contribute positively as part of a motivated kitchen team
What Youll Need Around 2 years experience in a professional kitchen (fresh food preferred)
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Right to work in the UK
