We are now looking for 2 exceptional Front of House Hosts to join our team at Barclays Hampden, Scotland’s National Stadium. We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and takes pride in providing a professional and friendly reception service.As Front of House Host, you will be based at the main reception and will play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome.You’ll be the first impression of the stadium so professionalism, organisation and customer service are key. This is an exciting opportunity to work at Scotland’s national stadium, supporting guests, clients and visitors while playing a key role in the day-to-day front of house operations.If you are friendly, organised and confident dealing with people in a busy environment we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Welcoming and assisting all stadium visitors and guests Managing the main reception and visitor check-in / check-out Handling the stadium switchboard and incoming calls professionally Supporting guest requests and providing local and stadium information Managing deliveries, post and internal communications Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment Supporting hospitality guest arrivals on major event days Providing administrative support to the wider operations team For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What You Bring: Previous receptionist, front of house or administrative experience A professional and confident telephone manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking ability Good problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Office A smart and professional appearance The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment What we offer: Working with Sodexo Live! is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
