This position sits within a specialist team responsible for overseeing and auditing expenses related to global mobility and relocation services. Key responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for expense-related enquiries from internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
* Audit and process expense claims and vendor invoices in line with client-specific policies and financial governance.
* Coordinate with external service providers to confirm data integrity and reporting accuracy.
* Provide timely responses to internal and external enquiries, upholding agreed service standards.
* Manage shared mailboxes and workflow tools with a focus on precision and efficiency.

* Prepare and issue fee invoices following defined billing schedules.
* Assist with financial forecasting and cash flow management, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of any variances or funding needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in expense management, financial operations, or vendor invoice auditing.
* Previous exposure to regulated or client-facing environments is desirable.
* Familiarity with global mobility or relocation services would be advantageous.
* Experience with finance systems or expense management platforms is preferred.
