Role: Administrator
Duration: Around 12 months with potential to go permanent
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 2pm on Friday
Part time hours available
Rate: £13.50ph PAYE

Responsibilities:
1. Compiling documents as instructed.
2. Preparing files as instructed.
3. Providing admin support to the team & site team.
4. Managing post, answering calls, and taking messages.
5. Filing paperwork and digital files, archiving as required.
6. Providing reception support and greeting visitors.
7. Checking the accounts inbox and handling queries.
8. Creating weekly site newsletters.
9. Sending out enquiries for new schemes and updating enquiry trackers.
10. Updating the website for new or completed jobs and staff changes.
11. Managing social media posts.
12. Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
13. Liaising with lawyers regarding warranties.
14. Scanning site records at project completion.
15. Managing health & safety files per project.
16. Tracking recharges between companies.
17. Supporting quarterly QA meetings.
18. Providing admin support for Construction line.
19. Filing design records for quality audits.
20. Monitoring accounts queries.
21. Assisting with mid-month and end-of-month payment runs.
22. Chasing enquiries and updating trackers.
23. Processing purchase orders as requested.
