Your new role
As the FP&A specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business. This is a forward-looking,mercially focused role where your insights will
directly influence strategic planning and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
2. Supporting budgeting and long-term planning processes
3. Conducting variance analysis and identifying key business drivers
4. Partnering with department heads to provide financial insight and challenge
5. Preparing board-level reports and dashboards
6. Supporting investment appraisals and scenario planning
What you'll need to succeed
7. A background in FP&A, Finance Management, or Management Accounting
8. Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills ( power BI also used in this business but not a pre-requisite)
9. Amercial mindset and the ability tomunicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
10. Experience in a fast-paced or scaling business environment is a plus
11. A relevant accounting qualification ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable but not essential
