Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Associate Solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) located in our Manchester Office. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions and ideally will have a small following of clients and referrers.
Qualifications
1. A qualified solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
2. Demonstrated experience in handling residential property transactions
3. Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
