We are looking for a highly organised and driven Project Manager to join a specialist set construction company that designs and builds extraordinary experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. From high-profile pop-ups and immersive activations to film premieres and luxury events, this company takes creative concepts and brings them to life with precision, craftsmanship, and flair. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind each build — managing budgets, schedules, and crews to deliver projects from initial concept through to final de-rig. Much of your work will take place in London, with occasional travel across Europe, giving you the opportunity to oversee some of the most exciting set builds in the industry. Key responsibilities include: * Managing budgets, schedules, and overall project timelines. * Coordinating and supervising site crews, contractors, and suppliers. * Leading on-site builds to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. * Acting as the link between clients, designers, and the workshop team. * Maintaining high standards while working in fast-paced, high-profile environments. Who We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a Project Management role, ideally within set construction, events, theatre, exhibitions, or related industries. * Hands-on carpentry or joinery experience is essential, with a solid understanding of set build processes. * Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. * A keen eye for detail and a passion for turning creative ideas into reality. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams under pressure. * A proactive, collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic.
