Responsibilities
* Lead a team of door-to-door sales executives, bringing our innovative broadband and telecoms products to local communities, primarily in the residential market
* Be responsible for the delivery of your team’s KPIs in line with business goals
* Help to recruit a quality team, capable of converting sales and building a pipeline
* Be hands-on in the field, providing real-time coaching and mentoring to help your team hit and exceed their goals
* Train our trainees to become experts in sales, ensuring they help build brand awareness and drive our growth
* Collaborate with teams across the business to drive success and improve performance in your region
* Keep the team motivated, informed, and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You / Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years sales experience (field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales experience)
* Proven leadership experience with a track record in coaching and development, with the ability to motivate and inspire
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
* A can-do attitude, a drive to succeed, and an unshakable work ethic
* A passion for delivering excellence, with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Salary And Benefits
* Salary: up to £34k including travel allowance, plus commission (OTE £50K+)
