Role Overview: As Paid Social Performance Marketing Lead, you will be involved in the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. You\'ll manage a substantial ad spend, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company growth targets and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution of paid social campaigns.
* Own MER & ROI.
* Lead a team of performance marketers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, influencer marketing, affiliate, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, compelling campaigns that drive results.
* Stay ahead of social media advertising trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices.
* Develop robust testing strategies, analyze performance data, and rapidly iterate to optimize performance.
* Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership or senior managerial roles.
* Proven track record managing large-scale paid social budgets, delivering sustained growth, and achieving aggressive ROI targets.
* Deep expertise in platform-specific strategies, particularly with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising.
* Strong analytical skills, proficient in analytics tools and attribution modeling.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
