<div><p><b>Financial Accountant</b></p><p><b>£45-50K</b></p><p><b>South London</b></p><p>My client is a media company based in Clapham and is looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team.</p><p><b>Duties Include:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain the intercompany matrix, ensuring full reconciliation across all group entities</li><li>Complete end-of-month Revenue reports</li><li>Prepare quarterly revenue projections</li><li>Prepare monthly MI Packs for multiple entities</li><li>Maintain and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations across all relevant group entities</li><li>Review accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with applicable regulatory deadlines
</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, supporting audit processes end-to-end</li><li>Assist with year-end audit procedures, including gathering and preparing audit samples and evidence</li><li>Assist the Compliance team in compiling month-end project completion lists</li><li>Assist with weekly KPI reporting, tracking revenue and commission performance against budget targets</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)</li><li>Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment</li><li>Strong understanding of month‑end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany journals and VAT compliance</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Excel</li></ul></div>
