Exciting opportunity to join our Animal Care teaching team based in Plymouth City Centre.
Salary: £23,346pa
Hours: 34 per week (standard company full-time, Mondays to Fridays)
The Job Role:
We are seeking a motivated candidate to deliver consistent, high quality vocational training for Animal Care in line with prevailing qualification standards with our small but dedicated curriculum team.
In Plymouth City Centre, our lively department hosts a range of small animals and delivers training to learners from 16 to 60+. The Candidate:
· Qualified in Animal Care or similar to Level 3 or above;
· Current teaching/assessing qualifications and experience (or ready to work towards recognised qualifications with in-house support and training);
· Have good organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively;
· Confident classroom delivery to learners from Entry Level to Level 2;
· Able to work independently and as part of the curriculum teaching team;
· Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with local schools and employers to promote ATL's services.

Our standard full-time working week is 34 hours, usually Monday to Friday (although some flexibility may be required depending on the sector in which you work).
