Position Details
* Position: Senior Occupational Therapist - North East
* Care home: Hylton Grange, Tees Grange & Tyne Grange
* Location: Covering 3 homes within the NE (Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees, Newcastle Upon Tyne)
* Contract type: Full time - 40 hours per week
* Rate: Up to £40,000 per annum

About the Role
Our Occupational Therapists provide assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to help people overcome challenges in completing daily tasks. You will work as part of a Clinical Team to create person-centered care and rehabilitation plans.
Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering person-centered occupational therapy interventions
* Collaborating with the Therapy Team (Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, Activities Coordinators)
* Managing a clinical caseload
* Conducting assessments
* Maintaining accurate records
* Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
