Position Title: Inventory Controller DBP
Location: Dungannon Business Park
Reporting to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
To provide support to both internal and external customers in supporting the Worldwide Terex dealer network about their orders and essential business requirements
This role above all requires Tenacity, Diligence, resolve, determination, and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, ability to follow processes without taking shortcuts with key skills in providing service
Inventory Controller– Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Investigating shortages and checking parts on a daily basis
2. Data entry – receipting in expenses
3. Assisting with reviewing quality checks across the warehouse and parts being quality checked with teams on the floor
4. Warehouse Utilisation inc Offsite
5. Assist with the development all current & necessary policies and procedures to ensure that processes are effectively maintained.
6. Project Work as designated
7. Identification and implementation of areas of improvement, process creation to outline this.
8. Lead and embrace change and set goals that align with the company vision.
9. Think critically
10. Communicate clearly
11. Ability to travel as required by the business

Experience and Qualifications
12. Previous experience in a fast paced Inventory position
13. Self-motivated and ambitious
14. Ability to lead a team
15. Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
16. Excellent time Management
17. Experience in a Customer Facing Environment
18. Patience and attentiveness
19. Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
20. Deadline driven
21. Excellent organizational skills
22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
23. Experience of the manufacturing industry to include lifting and material-handling equipment for a variety of industries including construction, infrastructure, quarrying, recycling, energy, mining.
