As the Building Safety Team Leader, you will be:
* Lead on the development and successful submission of a building safety cases
* Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings
* Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy
* In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation
Building Safety Team Leader experience / qualifications:
* Previous fire safety background
* Social housing experience within the public sector
* NEBOSH General or NEBOSH fire
* Experience managing fire programmes and fire strategies
