As demand for care continues to rise, Our Client is appointing a Director of Growth to lead, standardise, and scale our consumer growth engine through the disciplined execution of a proven growth and demand-generation playbook. This role is designed for a senior leader who brings operational excellence, predictability, and calm leadership to growth in a highly trust-driven sector.

What You’ll Own
* Leadership and optimisation of an established consumer growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention
* Standardised, scalable multi-channel demand generation (paid search & social, local SEO, content, referrals, partnerships)
* Governance of the full client journey - from first enquiry through care commencement and ongoing service
* Retention, renewals, and lifetime value performance for private-pay clients
* Forecasting, funnel performance, and revenue impact reporting
* Cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Operations, Partners, and Executive stakeholders
What You’ll Do
* Lead the consistent execution and continuous improvement of a proven growth operating model
* Set clear standards, processes, and performance expectations across growth channels
* Ensure enquiry handling, conversion flows, and nurture journeys reflect best practice and care-sector sensitivity
* Oversee structured optimisation and testing to improve efficiency while safeguarding service quality
* Strengthen long-term client relationships and sustainable referral pathways within local communities
* Own growth governance, reporting, and marketing technology to ensure transparency and accountability
What You Bring
* 8+ years of experience leading B2C growth in healthcare, services, franchising, or multi-location environments
* Demonstrated success scaling growth through repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms
* Strong commercial and analytical capability with a focus on predictability and margin discipline
* Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders through clarity and structure
* A calm, considered leadership style suited to regulated or trust-based sectors
