Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative (Fabric Maintenance) Location: North London & Home Counties Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on qualifications & experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:30, 30 min lunch) We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives (Fabric Maintenance) to join our team working primarily across North London, with occasional travel across the Home Counties to support sickness and holiday cover. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of internal and external building fabric maintenance works, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard and reactive issues are resolved efficiently.
