Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a skilled and reliable HGV Technician for our client in Bolton. If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving and want to be part of a supportive workshop environment - this could be the opportunity for you.
Salary: between £19 and £25 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime paid at time and a half
Two alternating weekly shift patterns, one early and one late
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, servicing and repairs on HGVs
* Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and company standards
* Completing all job cards and paperwork accurately
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experience working on HGVs / LGVs / commercial vehicles
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* HGV licence an advantage but not essential
