About the service
Our Skills and Development pillar provides Prevention and Early Intervention services in Edinburgh and West Lothian.
We support people to overcome challenges, provide opportunities for them to progress and move towards work. Our services are designed with the employability pipeline in mind, and we use safe spaces and outreach as a form of delivery.

You will have proven project management and budget-setting skills, the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, as well as experience of working within policies.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build robust relationships, treating others with respect and compassion, in line with our values.
How we'll support you
You'll be working with a supportive Senior Manager. We will encourage you to use your creativity to support teams, build relationships, increase the sustainability of services and introduce innovative new ideas.
