Your Role as a Contracts Manager will include:
* Managing multiple pub & hospitality sites across London & the Southeast
* Overseeing reactive maintenance, planned works & small refurb projects
* Liaising with clients daily and ensuring excellent service delivery
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within agreed budgets
The successful Contracts Manager will need:
* Experience managing FM / maintenance / small works contracts
* Hospitality, retail, leisure or pubs experience highly desirable
* Strong communication, organisation & client-facing skills
* Commutable to Sidcup and willing to travel locally
