It's a busy and exciting time for the brand, and we’re on the hunt for a Visual Sales Manager to join our growing Manchester Arndale team.
The Store:
As our Manchester Arndale Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer obsessed, while also being dedicated to curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals and providing exceptional customer service. Our store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.
The Role:
In your shopping centre store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team that supports one another and delivers results… whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!
About you:
* You have previous large store management experience
* You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
* You identify yourself as a New Look brand supporter
* You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Good understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
