As a Media Insight Analyst, you will uncover actionable insights from campaign performance to improve ROI and drive £15m in sales growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and finance teams to optimise media spend and deliver data-driven recommendations.

As Media Insight Analyst, you will…
1. Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities
2. Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
3. Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness
4. Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets
5. Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment
What you’ll bring…
6. Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment
7. Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers
8. Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI
9. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
10. Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable)
