An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our dynamic and well-established exhibition design agency based in Warwickshire. Specialising in large-scale, high-impact custom builds for premium clients, we are looking for a motivated individual to help deliver world-class exhibition projects across the UK and internationally.
This is a hybrid role, with flexible working and an emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and client excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As Exhibition Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of custom-built exhibition stands and environments. Your duties will include:
* Taking and developing client briefs
* End-to-end project management from concept to completion
* Managing multiple live projects simultaneously
* Liaising closely with internal departments (creative, design, production)
* Coordinating with external suppliers and contractors
* Producing project plans, schedules, and design documentation
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
* Managing budgets and cost tracking
* On-site delivery including build management, install, and de-rig supervision
About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive project manager with a passion for exhibitions and live environments. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in managing exhibition or event build projects
* Experience working in an exhibition design agency, events agency, or similar environment
* A good understanding of materials, build methods, and production processes
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset and a team-focused attitude
Experience with CAD software and a valid IOSH certificate are desirable but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and keen to grow within a supportive and innovative agency environment.
