Our client, with operations across the South West, are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Plumber on a permanent basis to cover their properties in Swindon, Chippenham and surrounding areas.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the salary banding for the role is £34,500 to £36,500 a year.
The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade field, hold a full UK Driving License and live within a commutable distance of Wiltshire.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Carrying out plumbing repairs, improvements and reactive maintenance efficiently, safely and in line with legislation and good practice
2. Repairing or replacing plumbing components, pipework, valves and fittings to keep properties in excellent condition
3. Ensuring all plumbing elements of heating systems in tenanted homes are repaired and maintained to a high standard
4. Fault finding, repairs and maintenance on wet central heating systems
5. Supporting the heating installation teams when required
6. Repairing and installing unvented cylinders
Experience required:
7. Experience required in Social Housing or domestic properties
8. Plumbing and Heating systems
