We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for our East Midlands Region, based at our Somerby View development in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This site is in early construction stages, launching in September, with plans to deliver nearly 200 homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new development from the ground up. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll help customers through the off-plan buying journey and find their perfect home. Main Duties
This role includes:
* Maintaining knowledge of our products, construction, local information, competitors, and regulations, and using this knowledge professionally.
* Engaging prospects, recording and following up visitors, updating prospects via weekly analysis and CRM system.
* Taking reservations, preparing paperwork accurately, and explaining the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
* Ensuring timescales are met by proactive contract and completion management.
* Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, valuers, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborating with Financial Advisors to stay updated on mortgage products.
* Upholding company policies and undertaking additional tasks as required.

Essential Skills/Attributes
Experience in new house sales, full driving license, proven negotiation skills, recognizing buying signals, excellent admin and organizational skills, integrity, IT skills, positivity, and motivation.
