Store Manager - Backwell

Established in 1926 and still going strong today our neighbourhood bakeries are ran by our retail superstars, could you be our next one? We are looking for a full time Store Manager to take the lead in our Backwell Store. Working 4 out of 7 days a week - 38hrs per week
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appeal
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Strong knowledge on all accepts of Food Safety: HACCP, COSHH, EHO.
- Work towards hitting KPI Targets based on AVG spend, sales targets & hours compliance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and store operations
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
