Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Northampton - DRIVER ESSENTIAL.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Driver's license is essential.
Part-time position - shifts between 7am & 9pm.
Interviews will be held face-to-face at our Kettering Office.
Important: This position is not suitable for those seeking sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa or currently holding one, as the salary does not meet UKVI minimum salary thresholds. UK residents not requiring sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
