This is an exciting time to work in Cambridgeshire South as we accelerate our Neighbourhood Health Programme—an ambitious, system‑wide effort to redesign how care and support is delivered across our Place. The Integrated Neighbourhoods Project Manager will provide transformation support and project management to help develop Integrated Neighbourhoods and build relationships between organisations.
Responsibilities
* Provide transformation support and project management for the Integrated Neighbourhoods programme of work.
* Review population health data and support public engagement to determine how the local citizens want their care and support to improve.
* Be responsible for supporting the service redesign and delivery of projects within the Integrated Neighbourhood development team.
* Work closely to build relationships and bring partners and communities together to make positive change.
* Work closely in partnership with clinical leaders, the acute sector, community services, health commissioners, councils, voluntary and community organisations, and the public to support the development of the service design.
* Support the translation of a vision into a coherent operational model and project delivery.
* Promote equality and reduce inequalities.
* Facilitate partnerships across all partners and support cross‑organisational and cross‑boundary working.
* May line‑manage project support officers and work closely with other Integrated Neighbourhood Project and Programme Managers.
Qualifications

We are particularly interested in anyone with experience in supporting the health and wellbeing of children & young people and/or experience with mental health services and support, as this will be a key focus of this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and bringing the best out of them, a person with confidence to work autonomously and opportunistically in a constantly evolving environment.
Working Hours and Flexibility
This is a short‑term position for up to 37.5 hours per week. Secondments (subject to line‑manager approval), flexible working and reduced hours proposals are welcome.
