Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
1. Lead on the production of actuarial results for the purpose of reporting results under US GAAP and UK GAAP. Own the actuarial reporting team relationship with the US Financial Reporting team and external auditors
2. Lead on the production of Solvency II actuarial reporting (including technical provisions, SCR, risk margin, TMTP and actuarial QRTs)
3. Lead on and further develop the capital forecast and dividend proposals presented to Risk Committee. Lead on the production, monitoring and updating of the dividend plan. Embed the capital forecast in the ORSA
Qualifications required:
4. Degree level education and a qualified actuary with significant PQE experience
Experience required:
5. Extensive knowledge of the Life Insurance and/or Health Insurance industry, including in relation to actuarial reporting
6. Detailed understanding of UK statutory and prudential regulations relating to their business
