360 Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing Sector
Central Manchester

Permanent People are representing an established recruitment business in Central Manchester that specialises in the manufacturing sector. With nearly two decades in the market, they’re continuing to grow and are looking to add a motivated individual to their high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Running a full 360 desk: business development, candidate sourcing, managing the recruitment process end-to-end
* Winning and nurturing client relationships within the manufacturing industry
* Interviewing, qualifying and placing high-quality candidates
* Working to financial goals with full autonomy and tailored support
What You’ll Need:
* Up to 2 years' 360 recruitment experience, OR
* A graduate or early-career professional with proven B2B or telesales results
* Clear examples of being money-motivated and target-driven
* Confident, articulate, resilient and able to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
* A strong work ethic and a proactive mindset – you’ll be trusted to manage your own desk
