Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £22K-£25K OTE £30K In this role you will learn the ins and outs of how to be successful in a recruitment role. In this role you will be responsible for: Market research on your target market Reaching out to new clients to identify their need Building long term relationships with new and existing clients Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360) As you develop, you’ll work towards clear output targets and start taking greater ownership of client relationships.
