Executive Assistant
Location: Manchester
Contract: 6 months | 4 days per week (32 hours)
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour

We're partnering with a world-leading digital travel platform (operating at the scale and innovation of — though this opportunity is being managed confidentially) to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic business unit.
This is more than a diary-management role. It's an opportunity to remove friction, create clarity, and directly enable strategic impact at leadership level.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Executive Business Partner, you'll provide specialist administrative and operational support to one or more senior leaders. You'll be embedded within a collaborative leadership support community, working alongside stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
You'll act as your leader's eyes and ears — anticipating needs, solving problems before they surface, and creating space for leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

What You'll Be Doing
Executive & Administrative Support
Own complex calendar management — prioritising time in line with business needs
Manage end-to-end travel, logistics and visas, including itineraries and expenses
Coordinate signatures, documentation and correspondence
Act as a key point of contact for leadership team queries
Manage incoming requests and communications on behalf of your leader(s)
Meetings, Events & Operations
Organise leadership team meetings, offsites and departmental events
Coordinate agendas, preparation materials and digital conferencing logistics
Support global initiatives in partnership with Internal Comms teams
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational friction
Contribute to continuous improvement across the leadership support community
What We're Looking For
Experience in Executive Assistant, business support, or operational roles (ideally within a large or multinational organisation)
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, results-driven and comfortable working independently
Confident building relationships across diverse, global teams
Strong decision-making skills — comfortable navigating ambiguity
Discreet, ethical and trustworthy with confidential matters
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Flexibility to support outside of standard business hours when required
