Rate: £200 - £250/day - outside IR35

Our client is a leading multi-discipline rail contractor who due to growth, are looking for an Bid-Coordinator to support their busy estimating team.
This role offers hybrid working where the Bid-Coordinator will be required to work in the office 3 x days a week and other days from home.
As Bid-Coordinator, you will support the estimating team with the following responsibilities:
* Collecting information from the Estimating team to create and proof-read tender documents.
* Formatting and attaching tender documents.
* Reading ITT's.
* Preparation of civils tender pricing documents.
* Co-Ordinating bids and responses with the Bid Team.
* Maintaining library of standard responses library and feedback from clients.
* General administrative support to the Estimating team.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as an Assistant / Civils Estimator within rail.
* Candy software experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
