Are you a commercially focused leader and Chartered Surveyor ready to play a pivotal role in the growth of a dynamic consultancy group operating across the built environment?
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to take the reins of day-to-day leadership across two core divisions, while also supporting a third strategic business unit. This is a senior appointment requiring a rare blend of commercial acumen, technical expertise, and operational oversight.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll drive revenue generation, lead on high-value client engagements, support strategic tenders, and ensure quality across consultancy deliverables. The role also includes mentoring and line management responsibilities, along with a remit to embed professional standards, compliance processes, and long-term accreditation frameworks.
This role is ideal for a results-driven Chartered Surveyor with proven leadership in the consultancy or property sector, who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Lead and deliver strategic revenue targets across consultancy teams
* Personally drive business development and key account growth
* Provide technical oversight and senior surveying input when required
* Oversee operational structures, team performance, and QA processes
* Develop CPD pathways, mentor junior professionals, and support APC progress
* Ensure audit readiness and professional accreditation compliance
