Claims Manager – Cyber

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for claims advocacy and client success? We’re looking for a Claims Manager to join a dynamic team, managing high-profile and complex Cyber claims.
This is a client-facing role where you'll leverage your expertise in insurance policy analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to drive optimal outcomes throughout the claims lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the proactive management of complex claims, identifying coverage issues early and resolving them collaboratively.
* Present claims information to clients and insurers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
* Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and experts
* Collaborate with internal teams to support renewals, reporting, and financial processes.
* Stay current with market developments and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years’ experience in claims handling
* Strong understanding of Cyber claims.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally.
* Professional qualifications (e.g., DIP CII or ACII) are a plus but not essential.
