Sales Administrator (part-time)
We are working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Sales Administrator on a part time basis, 20 hours per week Monday- Friday.
Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders using Navision
* Updating and managing manufacturing and delivery schedules
* Generating invoices and dispatch paperwork
* Communicating with customers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Monitoring and managing production and distribution timelines
* Responding to daily customer enquiries
* Completing administrative and documentation tasks accurately
* Organising and maintaining filing systems and records
Qualifications
* Previous sales administrative /Office experience dealing with customers
* Working to tight deadlines and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
* Experience in Navision is not essential but would be desirable
