Contracts Manager

Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Lead, mentor and motivate site and project teams, ensuring consistent performance.
* Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and customer‑service colleagues.
* Drive health & safety and ISO quality compliance across all sites.
* Champion continuous improvement, buildability and value engineering.
* Build excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider supply chain.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience leading multiple construction projects concurrently.
* Strong knowledge of Design & Build (D&B) contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects).
* Background in residential or mixed‑use developments—groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame.
* Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
* SMSTS, First Aid or CIOB qualification (desirable).
